The Bread and Roses Center for Feminist Research and Activism at SDSU invites all feminist faculty and students to register now for the Feminist Research Justice Symposium

Our club is working on a proposal for a research topic and we encourage all of our members to forward ideas to [email protected] by February 19, 2015. Submission guidelines for the proposal can be read here.

For further guidelines about research questions, new clubmember Jessica Sweeney encourages us to review this short and useful guide from Duke University.

This one-day symposium will connect you with local women’s organizations and foundations to discuss and explore the opportunities for collaborative, applied research. Graduate students seeking to do applied research for their thesis or dissertation are especially encouraged to attend.

The workshops feature representatives from local agencies and organizations who will present outlines of their research needs. Funding opportunities will be available for collaborations initiated at the symposium.
