DWCSD Annual Dues Reminder
Reminder, as a result of the Club bylaw change approved on May 16, 2022: “Dues are payable upon joining the Club and then annually at the beginning of every club calendar year thereafter and no later than January 31st. Memberships paid at or after the October meeting will remain valid through the following calendar year.”
To smoothly transition to this new schedule, all members who paid dues of $30 or more beginning on June 1, 2022, had their membership extended until Jan. 1, 2024.
Also, as the bylaws state, “Memberships paid at or after the October meeting will remain valid through the following calendar year.” (Jan. 1, 2024)
For those of you who paid your annual dues of any amount on or before May 31, 2022, and for anyone who paid less than $30 after June 1 and before Oct. 21, 2022, your dues will come due on Jan. 1, 2023.
For most members who had set up recurring payments, we have cancelled them to ensure you are not billed twice. If you wish to continue to pay using the recurring method, you will need to set that up again when your dues are next due.
There are, however, a small number of members with recurring payments that we were able to save. For those members, I will send a separate direct email providing you with your status and when the next payment will be processed.
